Jacques Comtois
Executive Vice President-ACF Associates
Jacques Comtois has nearly four decades of experience in the aerospace, defence, and security industries. His credentials include a B Mech. Eng. (from the Royal Military College of Canada), an executive MBA (from Queen’s University), and many years of experience holding leadership positions in both the public and private sectors.
Jacques began his career in the RCAF where he served as the commanding officer for 3 Air Maintenance Squadron and completed operational tours in Europe and the Persian Gulf. After his military service, Jacques filled managerial roles at several notable companies, including Spar Aerospace, Rolls-Royce Canada, Bombardier Aerospace, and L3 Harris Technologies. Most recently, Jacques was the vice-president at Arcfield Canada.
In each of his prior roles, Jacques excelled as a team builder and motivator. He helped establish high-performing work environments, and he showed an aptitude for cultivating strong business relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers. Jacques also proved that he has the skills to create strategic and operational plans and then provide the hands-on guidance to implement those plans successfully.
As the executive vice-president of ACF Associates, Jacques leads the development of plans to support continued, sustainable, and successful corporate growth.
